REFUND POLICY

If the amount is debited from the Customer’s bank account but the game codes are not received for any reason, we will issue a refund to the Customer within 10 working days.

If the Customer wants to cancel their purchase and if the cancellation request is rejected by the Brand itself, Shop of games cannot refund the Customer.

A refund policy whereby the possibility of replacement and/or refund is determined solely by Shop of games.

Each online game listed on Shop of games falls into a specific category and may have a different refund policy.

The tax refund period is 10 business days.
